Unable to download the student version

After I accept the terms an conditions for download of the R3 version, a new tab opens and all that it says is not found and theres is no filee that downloads.
Please advise
.

I just downloaded it, try it now!
Change browser.
Check your fire wall settings.
There was some site related issue, but it is fixed now.
