In Workbench, drop a Static Structural analysis on the Model cell of the Transient Structural.
In Mechanical, drag and drop the Loads and Supports from the Transient Structural branch down to the Static Structural branch and try solving that.
Under Static Structural Analysis Settings, turn on Automatic Time Stepping and set the Initial Substeps to 100 and the Maximum to 200.
Under Mesh, insert a Method of Sweep on the Link. Set it to have 2 elements through the thickness.
It looks like this mechanism should be symmetric, there should be a link on both sides of the horizontal hammer. You can get that effect by slicing (splitting) all bodies in the model and adding an X=0 Displacement BC on all the new faces created by the slice.
