Aspect ratios are calculated for faces as explained in the links:

You can control aspect ratio either by multiple options by checking where you have offending aspect ratio elements. 

one can use target quality:

or if it is due to inflation layers choose correct method of using first aspect ratio (https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/Secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v195/wb_msh/msh_First_Aspect_Ratio.html) or last aspect ratio (https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/Secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v195/wb_msh/msh_Aspect_Ratio_b_h.html).
