Is the Amplitude Frequency response for displacement in the transverse direction of point #5, where the force is applied? Each point will have a slightly different response.
If you have the displacement frequency response at point #5, it provides two outputs. The amplitude and the phase. The steady state motion of point #5 is A*cos(w*t+phi) where A is the amplitude and phi is the phase relative to the sinusoidal force.
