Check the definitions of the reports: things like Nusselt Number rely on HTC which relies on a reference temperature. If the reference temperature is different you'll get different numbers to what you expect.
Pressure drop should be about right, but will depend on channel size, geometry being correct (you may want to read up on how the channels are created) and mesh. What flow regime are you in? What's the Knudsen Number?
