As ANSYS Staff, we can not download attachments. Please insert images using insert image functionality. 

For conformal mesh, you have to have a single part. 

As they are in single part, share topology is applied while going from DM to Meshing. 

If you want to mesh only 4 bodies, you can do that. Just right click on the body and generate mesh for that body only. You can keep other 4 bodies unmeshed. You can also suppress bodies. 

Even if you mesh all 8 bodies and go to solver, you can always deactivate those 4 bodies in the solver. I assume you will be using Fluent.
