There are many tutorials on YouTube and on this site and at Cornell's Confluence Simcafe

I took the Hands-on Introduction to Engineering Simulation course linked to at the top of this page. You can skip the structural Modules 1-3 and start with Module 4, which is a 2D flow over an airfoil. This is an excellent place to start because it explains clearly how CFD calculations are done.  Then the optional Module 5 is a 3D airflow problem.
