Since it works locally, I'm assuming the License Manager is up and serving licenses fine.
For other machines using AnsysEM products to communicate with license server , it requires 2 TCP ports to open. One is default to be 1055 but the other is dynamics (meaning it keeps changing each time you restart the process) . On the license server machine, you can try adding Windows firewall exception to the executables: lmgrd.exe, and ansyslmd.exe in (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingwinx64
