As ANSYS Staff, we can not download attachments. Please insert images using insert image functionality.
suppress everything except the body which is failing in meshing.
right click on error and click show problematic geometry. observe geometry carefully at the location. you may need to change geometry or meshing controls at that location.
from initial image, it looks like you have very coarse mesh on the faces. you may need to use face meshing.
please search through community and you will find many solution on meshing.
