From what I have researched so far, there is no method to animate graphs. So I will use other methods like animations using MATLAB or python. I will overlay the recordings of the graph animations with the animations of the total deformation using video editing software.
Let me know if there is a better alternative, but for now, this is my solution. Thanks.
