It was a model testing simulation for a vapor chamber simulation, however I give up further process due to technical difficulties. (capillary pressure, surface tension, time step must less than e-07 otherwise diverges...)
I set liquid as primary phase, vapor as secondary phase.
For the density, I set them to be ideal gas and compressible liquid.
For saturation temperature, I use tabular input (Pa with K) .
