If you are seeing the continuity residuals rise up, please fix the mesh. The minimum face alignment should be 0.05. The mesh size changes from one cell to the adjacent cell should not be huge. Ideally, no more than 4-5 cells next to one cell. Use multi-level meshing when CAD objects are present.
