There were lots of issues during extractions.
I'd recommend to totally wipe out C:Program FilesANSYS Inc folder
Copy over the installation media (Disk 1 and Disk 2) from the network drive to be local on your machine
Mount these two disks, then run the setup.exe with 'run as administrator' from Disk 1 , provide Disk 2 path/drive when prompted.
