I already did that, but my main trouble is creating the volumetric mesh, in fluent meshing. The part of making the surface mesh is ok, I can easily get 0.4 max skewness, but the volumetric mesh is nearly impossible to get min better than 0.02 orthogonal quality. I'm tried all types os boundaries conditions (smooth, aspect ratio, last ratio and etc.)


So I'm switched to ansys meshing and having the same problem. I can get good orthogonal quality and skewness in surface mesh, the same in volumetric mesh without inflation, but when I try to enable the inflation everything goes wrong
