skewness is bad. Same with orthogonality . Try to get ride of that. I guess you can go with larger sector . There is no strategy here but to avoid bad quality mesh. Do not use outflow boundary. High Order Term Relaxation is helpful. Coupled solver with pseudo transient is recommended.
