Thanks for your all of your above suggestions, really they are great help.


Although it is great help but still solution has not converged that much. In my exact solution I have first natural frequency of 1.88Hz, by applying above steps I have converged to 2.5 but still more improvement is required.


In the solution I have mode shapes in which only beam is shown moving magnet and airfoil are automatically hidden, also I'm not able to visualize mesh of magnet and airfoil. 


Please check what are mistakes now, I have attached my archive file.
