Ah ok, in that case you may need to extend timeout (or find the root cause of the slowness on your network)


On the license server machine, add the followings to (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingansyslmd.ini (if this file doesn't exist, you can just create one)


ANSYSLI_FNP_IP_ENV=1


ANSYSLI_TIMEOUT_FLEXLM=15


ANSYSLI_FLEXLM_TIMEOUT_ENV=15000000


Then, restart the ANSYS License Manager.
