Hi Praveen,

I am guessing you are plotting the equivalent stress vs. equivalent elastic strain? If your displacement is at a constant, the equivalent total strain vs. time should be linear, right? So if you plot the equivalent stress vs. equivalent total strain, then the curve should be nonlinear. (Equivalent total strain = Equivalent elastic strain + Equivalent plastic strain)

Please try and see if it works.
