Solver pivot warning and ill condition matrix error will most probably be related to the underconstrained model. To debug, do a Modal analysis, with the same BCs that you are using in the static structural and check for rigid body modes (i.e. modes with zero and near-zero frequencies) once you find them constrain your model and rerun modal till you get all non-zero mode frequencies.
