This is not a license issue because the license information comes up when I use command prompt to enter "C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout FLUENT_SOLVER

Because I am on University VPN I tried: Fluent Launcher, click more options -> parallel -> select MPI type to be MS-MPI and check the box to specify IP address to be 127.0.0.1. Now, launch Fluent. This still failed.

I tried to see if it was a windows update problem by running Fluent in non-graphical mode using this command "C:Program FilesANSYS Incv191fluentntbinwin64fluent.exe" ^-r19.2.0 3d -g -meshing but I got the same error again.
