Hello, nDroplet type DPM particles as the name suggests are suited for liquid droplets moving through a gaseous medium. nIn that case, the DPM vaporization and boiling laws get activated by default. [Setting the right properties is critical].nFor you particular case, it is a bit different as you have bubbles in water.nI would suggest looking at the Population Balance Model in an Eulerian Framework to model this.nUsing PBM, you should be able to specify mas transfer, coalescence and breakage without the additional burden of lagrangian particle tracking and associated mesh refinement for VOF-to-DPM type of setup. nWhat is the need for VOF-to-DPM in your case? It looks like a bubble column sort of modeling rather than jet breakup.nRegards,nSurya
