The UDF manual is a good starting point, as are the User's and Theory guides to see how the models work: you can then work out what needs to be modified. For this application you may want to read up on mass transfer modelling within the multifluid VOF (Eulerian) model: using VOF2DPM may become a painful experience. Note, there are training courses available from the Learning Hub via a paid subscription. These include UDFs and multiphase: the latter comes courtesy ofand myself. n
