You don't necessarily need NVIDIA graphics, but you will need a decent graphics card to run the software. Re the licence, if it's Student then follow the steps posted in the sticky threads in here. If it's Teaching/Research you'll need to attach to the University licence server via the licence manager which may need to be updated if the University is running the up to date software.https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/comment/97228#Comment_97228
