Hello Matt,nThe user sees error massage:Failed to check out license 'xxx'. Cannot connect to license server (FLEXlm Error-15). Specifying FLEXLM_TIMEOUT=60000000 in system variable does not help. I am letting client to upgrade to 2020 and see if it could help.nThank you for looking into it,nYunlinn
