TOSCA isn't anything to do with us, so you'd need to find a supplier and buy it. nAs you're looking at Fluent we have options for using mesh morphing and the adjoint solver; they're in the core Fluent you have access to (if it's fairly up to date) and covered in the documentation. There are also design tools in Workbench that link into the Fluent solver via parameters. I'd suggest the morpher/adjoint technology over a design of experiment approach to reduce compute load: the former will alter your design whilst the latter creates a response surface from many data sets. n
