In CFD Post go to File - Read and hunt through the Workbench project folder to find the case & data files. However I think your problem is that the Solution isn't up to date so there isn't any data to display (lightning strike symbol in the WB workflow).https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/comment/98798#Comment_98798
The method to open the results does work well! That offers a way to kind of avoid the bug. However, the error still exists even if I re-ran the calculations and got a green tick for Solution in the WB.n
