One Item I would like to point out is that Windows 7 is not supported and we do not have any information if nthat would be the issue or not.nThat being said:nDo you have a firewall program active?nIf so, can you try disabling it. Then try to run..nIf that doesnt allow it to run, can you check under the %TEMP%\Workbenchlogs for nCoreEvents*.lognUiEvents*.lognCan you post the contents of these files(Latest ones)ndont attach the file, post the contents as we can not open filesnnAlso, if you open Windows System Events ViewernGo to system log and then to application log, do those show any errors.nn
