Please refer to Sec. 27.8.2.1.1. Setting the Reference Pressure Location for VOF model of the Fluent User guide. The advise is to set the reference pressure location to be inside the least dense fluid (e .g. gas). If possible, set the reference pressure location such that it's always inside one of the phases.n
