Difficult. If you know pressure & temperature you can work out density but you also may need to account for compressibility effects. I'd not use inviscid for this, and you may want to look at the Reynolds Stress Model for turbulence as it's jetting flow. 10 bar is relatively high pressure so the nozzle could be supersonic: you need to clarify all of this with your supervisor before trying to model it. n
