You can click on Solution information. In the details view at the left-bottom corner, select display > force convergence. I would recommend to create better fine uniform size mesh instead of handling aspect ratio. You can try using linear mesh to see if that can help in convergence. If there are sharp contact, then that also cause element distortion. Try reducing normal stiffness for such contacts.n
