Hi @Nicolo Here's an idea. You have created small fillet at corner shown in the second image of your question. Select the parallel face of it and use 'Extrude' operation along the corner line.https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/comment/103482#Comment_103482

I have tried it also before, the problem is that the exrude operation uses only on direction vector to propagat the face, which in my case as my line is curved cannot work. The other operation sweep also does not work.n
