The problem you are encountering is that the licensing has changed and a new license file has been issued to UConn. If the license has been installed, you will not be able to run Maxwell v19.5. The new licensing will require you to upgrade to version 2020R1 at a minimum and go to Tools -> Options -> General Options -> Desktop configuration, then check the first box for enabling PPE license mode. The Electronics product releases prior to 2020R1 cannot run with the new PPE license. nIf you encounter any issues following the update to a newer version, please share the message.Thank you,nMattn
