Hi Matt,nnThank you for your response. From SciNET they installed the custom proxy using the 2019 files. It seems that the RSM error has been resolved, but I get some license error now:nANSYSLI exited or could not read server port ansyscl.nia0750.399533.53932.n I do not know if I should contact the license provider (CMC) for that. Do you have any suggestion of what may cause the problem?n
