Hello Array,nI saw this - https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/24039/the-solver-output-file-has-exceeded-the-maximum-size-and-will-not-be-displayed-here. Are you still facing the same issue? You could open the .out file in notepad and search for the word error to see what the issue is. In your previous post I see that there is a pivotal error. Please check if your model is properly constrained. nRegards,nIshann
