Hello Noah2021,n The MotorCAD could not run if the geometry has an issue. From the enclosed picture, I find there may be a conflict in rotor geometry.n I suggest to check the critical geometry like min. stator ID and max. air gap. and verify the geometry that we can use to build the model for all the variations.
