I had the same issue.nI tried using the CMD Promt code: move %appdata%\ansys %appdata%\ansys.old. However, it did not work.nMy solution was removing all Ansys folders from the AppData folder. To do so, I had to Show Hidden Items on the Windows Explorer, then removed the Ansys folders under C:\Users\{User_name}\AppData, both Local and Roaming.nNote that I had this issue after a first unsuccessful installation of ANSYS, when I ran out of space in my hard drive.n
