If the film is thin then EWF is a good approach. If the droplet volume fraction is under about 10-12% then DPM is a good approach. You can then couple the DPM to the EWF and no need for a multiphase model. If the film is thick then there's a transition to VOF from DPM and EWF available. nCell quality looks OK. How does the mesh look in terms of resolution? Note the Eulerian multiphase and EWF tend to work best in transient mode. n
