nIn what way did it not work?nThere are other ways to support the structure as long as the forces and moments are in equilibrium.nOne way is to turn on Weak Springs.nAnother way it to put a remote displacement, type = flexible, on a few points or edges (not colinear) and ground the remote point by setting all six values to zero. Probe the reaction forces and moments at the remote point to see if your applied forces and moments are close to zero.n
