,nCould you try increasing the thermal conductivity value of the upper block? Maybe the heat transfer in lower block (convection) is much faster than the upper(conduction), so you are not noticing a difference for lower time values. Also, could you change the contact to bonded and see if it makes any difference?.Regards,nIshan. n
