A bit too late maybe, but I also advise to look into the JAHM dataset of Ansys Granta Selector (https://www.ansys.com/products/materials/granta-selector). Here a screenshot of search results for FR4 in all material databases, included in Granta Selector. There are many datasheets with data given as a function of temperature in the case of different grades of FR4 (type, orientation, matrix,...). Data are sourced and reliable. Using the exporter function in Selector might be a good solution to access this data in your numerical model.n
