There is no current excitation in Electrostatic solver, because this solver only solves for the static electric fields and there is no current. You might want to consider DC Conduction solver+Inculde Insulator Field, which solves for DC Currents result in conductors and could be coupled with Electrostatic solver to solve for electric fields in insulators.n
