You can release DPM particles from an iso-surface or plane and track those in the room, read up on transient particles if you want to see points as otherwise you'll see the whole trajectory. Eulerian works slightly differently, and it's not an approach I'd use in an HVAC system unless I was modelling a sand storm. n
