Hello Quincy,n What is the stacking length in this design? I review the setting. It seems to me that the winding might have some issues. n 1). Winding pattern: The winding configuration does not look correct for me. I suggest to use Lap and Throw to adjust it. The Throw should be <= 7 and it becomes short pitch winding pattern.n 2). Adjust (increase) turns or Parallel Path to get reasonable flux density in teeth, current and torque. The saturation is very high in the teeth now. I suppose the above issue may be caused by high saturation and we could not get convergence in the calculation of the circuit parameters. n Thanks.
