That's strange, maybe the window is opening somewhere you can't see it on the other window?nAnother thing to try would be a clean reinstall. There are instructions for this on this page: https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/24789/ansys-insight-fixing-lumerical-activation-errorsnIn particular, don't forget to delete the preferences file in step 4. This has fixed similar issues in the past for other users.n
