For the above model, it might be a good idea to take a slice/section of the model and make use of linear periodic symmetry. This will save considerable computational expense. You can also make use of left-right symmetry. For the boundary conditions fix the lower most surface of the guide rail, define 2 pairs of frictional contact (for each row) ball-guide & ball-carrier.
