Thank you so much for the answer. That really answer most of my problems when working with shell surfaces. This "I" beam as to join another body, a wing skin.
If I use the solid body the connection it's not a problem. However, if I use a shell body, due to the extrude, the top face of the I beam and the lower face of the skin (also a shell body) will penetrate each other like this. 
Is the a way to solve this problem or it not a problem to begin with? If there is a way to solve this, then working with Ansys ACP can be made faster. PS. I usually use the contact to tool to create the contact between the bodies.
