The most important thing is that we should use a distributed force on 3 D elements rather than a nodal point force which is not realistic (since a force or pressure acts over an area - node does not ot have an area).
In any case as the effect of the loads and any singularities caused by them, vanish and do not influence much the stresses at the area of interest which should be located away from the load area (St Venant's principle).
So that is the most important thing here, distribute your force as over a region (as it is in reality), and if you use a single nodal point force (which is not recommended say on 2D and 3D elements) makes sure it is far away from the area of interest.
