I checked for few maxwell examples and able to plot the stranded losses without any problem(see below screenshot)
Which solution type are you using?
What is your phase excitation? If it is external circuit excitation, please share the external circuit screenhot.
can you share the screenshot of your phase excitation in the winding setup?
