The "Error 2" message for a Windows Service usually means that the program file has been removed or moved from the location where it was last registered through the Service Control Manager. To recreate the service definition, and to point it to the correct program file, run the Windows DYNA Manager program as Administrator, and under the License Manager menu select "Remove LSTC License Manager from Services"; then select "Install LSTC License Manager in Services". Finally, try to start the LSTC License Manager service from the Windows Service Control Manager, or try to start it using the start option found under the License Manager menu. That should solve the problem, provided the license file located is located in same directory with the service executable (lstclm.exe) and the license file.
