ANSYS Transient Thermal solves the 3D Boundary Value problem to compute the temperature at each node vs. time.
The example below is a 2D steady state thermal boundary value problem that is very easy to setup in ANSYS. Materials can have temperature dependent properties.
Perhaps you can more fully describe the boundary values on your equations and the geometry of your problem.
